The Harlingen High School Business Professionals of America (BPA) Club had a productive performance at the Regional competition held at Weslaco East High School on Jan. 12.
Members of the BPA Club qualified for the State competition to be held in Houston from Feb. 27 through March 3.
The State qualifiers include Lindsey Longoria, T.J. Saenz, Sandra Perez, Marissa Moncada, Juan Alvarez, and Xavid Ramirez.
Sandra Perez was elected as Regional President for BPA Area 2, Region 3. In order to be elected this prestigious position she had to take a test, give a speech, and campaign.
