The Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District Athletics Department will host an Athletic Scholarship Information Meeting on Oct. 7.
Presentations will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Dr. Abraham P. Cano Freshman Academy Cafeteria. Students from eighth to twelfth grade and their parents are encouraged to attend.
The presentation will cover a range of topics including the recruitment process, academic requirements, important timelines and financial aid resources.
The guest presenter will be Brad Barnes, Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance at Texas A&M University.
