The Harlingen High School and Harlingen High School South’s Speech, Drama and Debate teams competed at PSJA Southwest High School’s Texas Forensics Association tournament on October 10. HHS made its mark with two TFA State Qualifiers and HHSS brought home 1st place sweepstakes along with team member Matthew Canon earning the contest’s Top Speaker Award.
