The Texas High School Coaches Association has recognized six students from Harlingen High School South as Tennis Academic All-State athletes.
These students are recognized by their head coach with this honor. His or her GPA, class rank, and SAT score determine the team on which each student is placed.
Chris Cavazos and Matthew Ringheanu are both receiving 1st Team honor. Allison Kyral and Ashley Ray received the 2nd Team honor. Caitlyn Resendiz and Logan Rowin were awarded Honorable Mention.
