The Texas Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association has recognized two juniors from Harlingen High School South, Jessica Watson and Alissandra Ayala.
Each year, high school athletes are nominated by their head coach to be recognized with this honor. To qualify for the award, students must have a minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) of 3.750 on a 4 point scale.
