Students from Harlingen High School and Harlingen High School South earned top prizes at the SkillsUSA District 13 Meet held at several sites in the Rio Grande Valley during the month of February. Students who earned one of the top four spots in the district competition in their respective category will advance to the SkillsUSA Texas Championships held in Corpus Christi, Texas at the end of this month.
