HHS BPA members advance to state

On Saturday, January 21, Business Professionals of America members from Harlingen High School competed against Weslaco, Edcouch, Santa Rosa, Los Fresnos, San Benito, and Brownsville high schools.  Each student worked very hard to earn a trip to Dallas, Texas, where they will be competing against other high schools throughout the state of Texas at the BPA State Leadership Conference on February 29.
The students practiced almost every day after school and sometimes on Saturday mornings.  Even though practices have started up again, they are also busy participating with other BPA activities and service projects scheduled for this month.
