The Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District invites the Harlingen community to an evening of early literacy learning opportunities on Thursday, October 16. The event is geared towards pre-k students and will take place at the HCISD Performing Arts Center located at 3217 Wilson Road in Harlingen.
The event will feature magician Oscar Muñiz and children’s author and recording artist José Luis Orozco. Free books will be available and storybook characters will be on site.
