Getting into the swing of things, Harlingen High School’s golf team won both the Regional Golf Tournament in San Antonio on February 16 and the Laredo Border Olympics in Laredo on February 23.
In the Laredo-based competition, the team came home with a 20-shot lead victory and earned the Border Olympics Champions title.
“Right now we have rejuvenated focus, and it’s been evident in the last couple of weeks,” said HHS Coach James Milligan. “I am incredibly optimistic and ready for pre-district.”
