Harlingen High School athlete, Mia Garza, signed her letter of intent to play softball for Frank Phillips College on Thursday, February 4. Frank Phillips College is located in Borger, Texas and is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association.
Students, coaches, community members, college representatives and members of administration came out to share the excitement during the official signing ceremony.
