Skylen Perez is moving to England to pursue his post-secondary academic and athletic dreams.
Perez, a senior at Harlingen High School signed his letter of intent to play semi-pro soccer for The University of Chester/UDA Soccer Academy in England on February 25.
Family, coaches, and administrators joined in on the excitement during the official signing ceremony.
