HCISD Elementary Robotics Competition Showcases Student Innovation and STEM Excellence

Harlingen CISD recently hosted its Elementary Robotics Competition at Cano Freshman Academy. The event brought together young innovators from across the district to demonstrate their skills in coding, engineering, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Students competed in a variety of challenges that highlighted creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. From building and programming robots to presenting their designs, participants showcased the growing strength of STEM education across HCISD elementary campuses.

The competition featured two divisions: Explorer Teams and Challenge Teams, with students earning top honors in multiple categories.

Explorer Teams Results:

  • Master Builders: Treasure Hills Digger Bots
