Harlingen CISD is excited to announce the official launch of Harley, a new AI-powered assistant designed to support students, parents, and staff across the district.
Harley is now live on the HCISD website and is available to help users quickly access important district and campus information. Whether families need help navigating resources or staff are looking for quick answers, Harley provides a convenient, user-friendly experience, anytime, anywhere.
Visitors can access Harley by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the HCISD website. The tool is designed to continuously improve, and users are encouraged to share feedback by selecting the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icons after each interaction.
“This is an exciting step forward in how we support our community,” said Dr. Jessica Hruska, Director of Innovative Practices and Library Services. “Harley allows us to provide quick, accessible support while also learning and improving based on user feedback. It reflects our commitment to innovation and meeting the needs of our students, families, and staff in real time.”
