Music teachers at the Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District are getting ready to treat the senses on Feb. 4.
The HCISD Music Department will present its 13th annual Faculty Concert to benefit the Bob Irby Memorial Scholarship. The concert is set to help provide scholarships to HCISD Music Students to attend music related workshops and assist graduating seniors with college expenses.
Hosted at the district’s Performing Arts Center, 3217 W. Wilson Rd., the performances will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased at the PAC office, located inside the building, or at the door. Student and individuals’ aged 65 and older can purchase tickets for $5. The price for adults will be $8.
