Ericka Villarreal has been named Director of Talent Acquisition and Development.
Villarreal has been involved in education since 2004. Throughout her career, she has worked as a teacher’s aide, art teacher, dean of instruction, and assistant principal. Most recently, she worked as the Human Resources Coordinator at Brownsville ISD.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts Studies from the University of North Texas and a master’s degree in Education Administration from the University of Texas at Brownsville.
