The Harlingen High School and Harlingen High School South Marching Bands continue their quest for the state title at the UIL Area Marching Contest on Oct. 27.
The Bill Johnson Student Activity Complex in Laredo will host the event.
HHSS will perform at 9:30 a.m. HHS will perform at 5:30 p.m.
Finals will begin at 9:30 p.m. and announcements and Awards at an estimated 12:30 a.m.
Their upcoming performance at the UIL Area Marching Contest will determine if they qualify for the state competition on Nov. 6.
Both bands qualified for the competition at the Pigskin Jubilee with Division 1 ratings.
