The students at Early College High School cheered on their robotics team as they prepare to put their robot to the test during the 2013 Rio Grande Valley Boosting Engineering, Science, and Technology Competition (BEST) on Oct. 26.
Hosting their annual pep rally, the campus got in the engineering spirit with messages from Principal Angel Paxton, the robotics team and a performance by the school’s dance team.
Keeping academics the focus of the day, students also had the opportunity to participate in a trivia game versus their teachers. Students and teachers tested their knowledge against math, social studies, science and pop culture questions.
