Action 4 News will be live streaming the 70th annual Pigskin Jubilee on Oct. 20.
The Marching Bands from Harlingen High School and Harlingen High School South will be competing in the UIL Region Contest.
HHSS will perform at 6:30 p.m. and HHS will perform at 9:15 p.m.
This performance will determine if the bands will qualify for the UIL Area Marching Contest on Oct. 27.
