Harlingen CISD’s middle school football teams finished their season strong. Gutierrez Middle School 8th-grade team were crowned District Champs, and Vernon Middle School 7th-grade team went undefeated the entire season also bringing home a District Championship. This is the first time in about 18 years a Vernon team has had a perfect winning football season.
