Four seniors on the Harlingen High School tennis team were recently named Academic All-State by the Texas Tennis Coaches Association.
Receiving the honors were Justin Macmanus, Nick Byrum, Nikki Fleuriet and Kylie Leach.
Each year, high school senior athletes are nominated by their head coach to be recognized with this honor; students are selected by criteria including grade point averages and class ranks.
