Congratulations to Kassandra Carbajal, HHS Graphic Design student, and Daniel Mares, HHS Architectural Design student, who were awarded Best in Show at the District Skills USA competition.
Kassandra competed in the Graphic Communications – Digital Project category, while Daniel competed in the Computer-Aided-Drafting Architectural Category.
The HHS Graphic Design projects, led by teacher Mrs. Belinda Trevino, brought home 19 first place state qualifying ribbons.
The Architectural Projects were under the guidance of Mr. Edward Paris, HHS Architectural Design teacher. The projects brought home 14 first place state qualifying ribbons.
