The Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District invites the community to attend the 2016 Texas Parents Day Celebration. The event will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at the Harlingen Boys and Girls Club located at 1209 W. Washington Street from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Texas Parents Day honors parents and promotes the importance of parents’ contributions to their children’s health, education, and general welfare. Numerous programs from Harlingen CISD will set up informational booths to inform parents and students about the services they provide.
