Students, parents, alumni and fans of Harlingen High School and Harlingen High School South can earn money for their school by sampling free food at HEB, 613 S. Expressway 83, on Saturday, March 22 from noon – 2 p.m.
For each participants in the Sampling Showcase — which will include lemon pepper lemon chicken, salmon burgers, HEB Homestyle Deli Sides, Strawberry Greek Yogurt , Southwest Chicken Green to Go Salad Bowls and Mootopia — HCISD will receive $10 for its high schools.
Participants are encouraged to wear their favorite Cardinal or Hawk shirts to the store and to enjoy the great food. HCISD can earn up to $5,000 through this program that will support students and schools.
