Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District will be celebrating Robotics Week from January 30 – February 3, 2017, to highlight the growing importance of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math education.
Taking robotics district-wide this year, HCISD Robotics is giving students early exposure to authentic learning experiences in the field of STEM. Teams from HCISD’s elementary, middle school, and high school campuses are gearing up to put their skills to the test with upcoming First Lego League and First Tech Challenge competitions that mimic real-life scenarios and address pressing issues facing the world today.
