“My top three choices are Rice University, St. Edwards University, and Our Lady of the Lake. I will be majoring in political science. I am the recipient of the presidential excellence scholarship for both St. Edwards and Our Lady of the Lake. I plan to go into politics later down the road. First I’d like to come back home and run for something local and then work my way up. She came over from Mexico at such a young age. She was affected by Polio and she never let that stop her.
